Our client is a leading B2B service provider based in Cyprus, specializing in developing, maintaining and deploying various IT and customer based services to numerous businesses in around the world.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Manager who is a native or fluent Russian speaker to join a growing iGaming company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry and a proven track record of success in managing affiliate partnerships and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and revenue growth within the iGaming sector.
- Negotiate and implement affiliate contracts and promotions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, analyzing key metrics to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and analytics) to ensure affiliates are provided with the right tools and support.
- Regularly communicate with affiliates to maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support and training.
- Track and report on affiliate performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
- Manage bonus and incentive programs, including tracking NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) growth.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian, both spoken and written.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of iGaming affiliate marketing and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
