You are:
A proactive, organized, and reliable individual with experience in managing several websites within a product management role. You have a passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for detail. You are able to manage a significant workload and juggle multiple tasks to constantly improve sales performance and UX of our clients websites.
What you'll be doing:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for a number of websites, working very closely with other teams with the common goal of improving the ranking, quality and conversion of the websites within your portfolio.
- Work together with SEO, Content, Sales and the Product Teams, to manage the roadmaps and backlogs of the websites in your portfolio; reflecting business goals, strategy, and priorities
- Collaborate with the UX and UI designers as well as other Product Managers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Define new functional requirements, translating them into relevant stories and/or requests for technical teams
- Coordinate changes and new releases with different Product teams and stakeholders, making sure that all changes are well documented and communicated
- Author and maintain the documentation of features and business logic of all websites within your portfolio
- Perform regular auditing and quality checks on the websites within your portfolio, reporting any issues to each respective team and following up towards completion in a timely fashion
- Conduct competitive analysis, heatmap analysis and A/B Testing to further improve the quality and conversion rate of websites
- Stay up to date with the regulations in all markets, making sure that all websites are compliant at all times
- Keep abreast with changing trends in digital marketing and the iGaming industry
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks necessary to fulfil your role effectively and successfully
What you'll bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working within a website / frontend-related role, preferably within digital marketing
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner or similar role
- Knowledge in SEO and Content Management
- Well-versed in HTML and CSS and the ability to investigate issues using browser tools
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Proactive, ‘can do’ approach and ‘problem solving’ attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in running A/B testing and using analytics tool such as GA4
- A team player attitude that actively contributes towards the bigger picture of the organisation
- Knowledge and experience in Casino, Sportsbook and/or Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
Salary: up to 55.000 EUR I Gross
