As a Lead DevOps Engineer you will play a crucial role in enhancing our development and deployment processes ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom scripts to support Continuous Integration and Deployment processes.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines following industry best practices.
- Integrate various CI/CD tools to enable automation aligned with the defined target architecture.
- Create and maintain documentation for packaging, deployment, and production processes.
- Support agile development teams with builds, releases, and deployment activities.
- Implement release automation solutions in line with operational models.
- Optimize performance and ensure efficient handling of offline storage and threading.
- Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations.
- Create detailed technical documentation for internal reference and reporting.
Requirements
- Have in-depth knowledge of DevOps Concepts DevSecOps AWS Platform Docker and Container Registry.
- 1-2 years of experience from working in a similar role
- Possess strong expertise in Prometheus Jenkins GITHUB Apigee API Management and DevOps Tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in API Gateway Container environment set-up DevOps and Automation.
- Show experience in AWS DevOps and Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Have a solid background in OMICS Data Analysis and OMICS Pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python Bash or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English for effective communication.

- Display excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

- Certification in AWS or Kubernetes is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science
