Remote Technical Writer – Join a Global Tech Solutions Company

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join a leading global technology solutions provider, supporting a high-profile client in the cloud and IT space.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Work closely with global engineering and product teams to gather insights and translate technical information into user-friendly content
  • Collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment with flexibility around time zones
  • Ensure documentation meets company standards and supports internal and external use

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, ideally within cloud or IT environments
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and version control systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks
  • Flexibility to work until 8:30pm Romania time to align with global teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in knowledge base management
  • Background in content creation for enterprise software or cloud products
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies is a plus
