Quality assurance and testing is the process of ensuring that a product is of the highest possible quality before it is released to users. QA is simply the technique used to prevent issues with a software product or service and to ensure an excellent user experience for customers. QA includes activities that ensure the implementation of processes, procedures, and standards in context to verification of developed software and intended requirements. The testing part includes activities that provide the identification of bugs/errors/defects in software before release.
