Our client is seeking a Front-End Lead to design, develop, and implement front-end solutions that meet client requirements. This role requires expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, API development, and agile leadership.
You will become an active member of the Dev team that works closely with other disciplines/roles. You are T-shaped professional and responsible for the whole life cycle (i.e. development, operations) of in-house or packaged applications according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies including security and data privacy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Develop front-end applications using JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular 8+, ReactJS, and Polymer.
Testing & CI/CD: Implement test-driven development using tools like Karma, Chai, and Jest; manage CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins, Yarn, Webpack).
Team & Project Leadership: Mentor team members, manage projects, and ensure alignment with agile practices.
API & Cloud Integration: Build RESTful APIs with Node.js and work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Job Requirements:
Core Technical Skills: 10 years of experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, Next.js, hooks, HTML, CSS, front-end architecture (Microservices/SOA).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, and project management in an agile environment.
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Required Soft Skills:
Fluent in English and Spanish languages
Ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable leading and mentoring a development team in a fast-paced environment
Salary: up to 65.000 EUR / Gross Per Year (DOE)
