Responsibilities
Support QA Pre-Sales – Analyze customer needs, assess project feasibility, and provide expert recommendations.
Lead Automation & Performance Demos – Showcase best practices, tools, and strategies.
Drive Success Stories – Share internal and external case studies to demonstrate value.
Contribute to Marketing Campaigns – Strengthen brand presence through mindshare and best practices.
Oversee Test Automation PoC Implementation – Define scopes, implement PoCs, and present benefits.
Ensure Service Excellence – Manage pipeline, capacity, and service health reporting.
12–15 years of experience in IT Service Delivery & QA.
TOSCA certification and strong technical expertise.
Proven skills in Service & Delivery Management, including pipeline handling and service health monitoring.
Experience with automation, performance testing, and QA best practices.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
