We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing player behaviour, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven analysis, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including player transactions, game performance, and customer interactions.
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in player behavior and game performance to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business inquiries, identify areas for optimization, and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to address business challenges and opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and iGaming to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by adhering to best practices in data management and governance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
1 to 3 years experience in data analysis, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
