About the role: 

As an Android Tech Lead, you will get an opportunity to understand the client's business requirements and contribute to the design, concentrate on the pure technical solution, learn new technologies, implementation of App development, and working in agile environment.

Push yourself to the limit, and take part in very demanding projects with the latest technology (Kotlin, Android SDK, Java). 

Essential Skills

  • Primary Skills (Must have) -  Android (Kotlin)
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in Mobile Application development
  • At least 1 year of experience as a tech lead 
  • Knowledge /Experience working in distributed agile (Scrum, Kanban) model
  • Know Java, Android SDK, Kotlin, REST, SOAP Integrations, development patterns, mobile application performance optimization
  • Good understanding of the Android release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg. Git)
  • Use of the methods "Pair Programming" and "Test Driven Development 
  • Spanish and English language proficiency 

Tasks: 

  • You will be responsible for Android developments, helping to add value to the bank's Apps, as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals
  • You will bring your knowledge and experience to the team, proposing ideas for continuous improvement
  • You will participate in code review and contribute to improving common practices
  • You will be responsible for your own proofs of concept to add value to the product

Salary: up to 67,000 EUR (experience depending)
