As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for the development of new features and components, ensuring they are built using best practices. You will collaborate with the rest of the team working on other layers of the same infrastructure. Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate work across multiple teams and resolve issues effectively. You will bring your experience, creativity, and innovation to deliver industry-leading solutions. You will work in a challenging agile environment alongside other passionate, creative individuals within and across teams in the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new features and components with best practices in mind.
Coordinate with multiple teams working on different infrastructure layers.
Lead and contribute to a collaborative, agile environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with team members.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
Experience with microservices.
Proficiency in the Spring Framework.
Experience leading teams and handling project architecture.
Proficiency with Spring Boot (at least version 2).
Strong testing experience.
Solid experience in software design and development within a test-driven environment.
Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate).
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Ability to create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, including investigating test failures, errors, and build issues.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Proficiency in English communication. While we don’t expect perfection, you should be comfortable communicating in an international, English-speaking team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience (3+ years) in an engineering role.
