Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for users, addressing software, hardware, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to the 2nd level support team when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, problems, and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with higher-level support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and share knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with users in both English and German, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2) or higher.
• Experience: Prior experience in a customer or technical support role is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Other: Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
